By accessing or using HandOffMeet, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

HandOffMeet provides a platform to facilitate safer in-person marketplace transactions between buyers and sellers. We offer identity verification, secure payment holding, and safety features but are not a party to transactions between users.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must be at least 18 years old to use HandOffMeet
• One account per person; no shared accounts

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not use HandOffMeet to:

• Buy or sell illegal items
• Engage in fraudulent transactions
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Circumvent our payment or safety systems
• Create fake accounts or impersonate others
• Violate any applicable laws

5. Payments and Fees

• Subscription fees are charged in advance
• Pay-per-use fees are charged per transaction
• Refunds are provided according to our refund policy
• Credits cannot cover more than 50% of subscription fees

6. Transaction Disputes

In case of disputes, both parties may submit evidence. HandOffMeet will review and make a determination at our sole discretion. Our decision is final and binding.

7. Limitation of Liability

HandOffMeet is not liable for actions of users, items traded, or outcomes of meetups. We provide tools for safety but cannot guarantee safety. Use of our platform is at your own risk.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may close your account at any time after completing or canceling all pending transactions.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
